Canadian Armed Forces helping the Hurricane Fiona relief efforts on the Southwest Coast were invited by Colin Seymour to sign a memorial bench on Sunday, Oct. 2, after they performed a wellness check on his home and he invited them in to see it.. The bench was built by Colin Seymour (centre) in memory of his brother, Curtis. The inscription reads, “Built to honour and remember the fallen, to honour and thank the living, to support and thank those still serving, and to raise awareness of PTSD. Lest we forget.”
